The Museum Project Oia

We had an incredible stay at The Museum Project Oia! From the moment we arrived, the hostesses Evaggelia and Georgia went above and beyond to make us feel relaxed and at home – nothing was too much trouble. Alex at the bar was equally fantastic, serving amazing drinks and delicious food with a friendly smile every time. The rooms were beautiful – stylish, comfortable, and spotless – and the pool was a great size for Santorini, perfect for cooling off after exploring. The location couldn’t have been better: restaurants and shops were right on the doorstep, and it was only a short 2-minute walk to enjoy the breathtaking Oia sunset views. The hotel also arranged our airport transfers and a sunset catamaran cruise, which was an unforgettable highlight of our trip. Overall, the service, location, and facilities were exceptional – we couldn’t recommend The Museum Project Oia highly enough!

The location of the hotel is excellent, it is close to all the attractions in Oia, 5 minutes walk from the bus stop and from the sunset, respectively. The staff was excellent and very flexible addressing all of our questions immediately by WhatsApp. On the fun side: if we ordered a beer that was not available in the bar then we were give other beers instead for free!

The breakfast was served in the shade by the pool. The omelette with mushrooms was very tasty, and we also had the Greek yoghurt and fruit, all very good. We spent some time in the pool which is at the back of the hotel very tranquil even though it’s in the busy part of oia, with large comfy beds. The hotel steps out into the busy cobbled streets of oia, which is beautiful and so picturesque. Plenty of eateries and shops to browse. We would highly recommend The museum project and would certainly return. The staff are all really friendly and can’t do enough to help. BEAUTIFUL

The rooms are beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and well-equipped. The pool area is a serene oasis, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring the island. What made our stay truly special was Evangelia, our amazing host. From the very beginning, she was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. She offered fantastic local tips, helped us organize our days, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Her dedication and passion for hospitality are remarkable—she’s one of those people who truly go above and beyond to make you feel at home. It was a quaint place right in the center of everything! So close to the domes and just a very cute spot to relax with a pool and nice lounge area. Breakfast was also very nice. There was a tiny bit of confusion getting there so just use the taxi recommended, if the hotel can they will help you with your bags but better they know you’re coming so you know where to go. The staff is very hard working and they put a lot of heart into what they do. Beautiful stay, would definitely come again.
